The Practice welcomes all new patients who live within our Practice area. This stretches from the Ross-Shire county border in the North, Loch Droma to the East and Dundonnell to the South.
Registration forms are available from the Health Centre or an electronic version is available below. Please complete the registration form and return to us. If you are on any repeat medication it would help us greatly if you could include a copy of your most recent repeat list with your completed registration form.
Please ensure that you complete the registration forms in full before handing them in. Incomplete forms may delay your registration.
