Who do I see?
We offer face to face, telephone and ‘Near Me’ (video) appointments. Our Receptionists are experienced members of our Practice Team and have been trained and instructed by the GP Partners to ask all patients for an indication of their condition in order that you receive:
The most appropriate medical care, from the most appropriate health professional, at the most appropriate time
Any information given to us is strictly confidential. If you have an issue that you do not wish to tell the Receptionist about, please tell them that you would prefer to speak to a Clinician – please be aware that this can cause a delay in providing you with appropriate clinical assistance.
